Acceptance Notifications: 4th of March, 2019
Proof of Registration: 25th of March, 2019
Cam-Ready Version & Copyright Form: 5th of April, 2019
Late-Breaking Results Submissions
Alternatively to the above-mentioned deadline, you may submit your late-breaking results by mid of March (all paper formats, i.e. full, short/poster, and Nectar). However, when submitting late-breaking results, please note that you will not receive your acceptance notifications soon enough to get the regular-registration fee at ECIR. You will have to pay the late registration fee.
Submission (Full, Short/Poster, Nectar): 15th of March, 2019. There will be no extension of the submission deadline!

Proof of Registration: 31st of March, 2019
